- **Each tier includes send capacity**: Your plan includes monthly email capacity by tier. Month-to-month customers can use flexible sending for spikes, and profile auto downgrades after list clean-ups.
- **Mobile push is included, web push isn't offered**: Klaviyo includes unlimited mobile push on every plan, but it doesn't offer web push.
